ClinicAid launches referring provider management feature!
Not finding the referring physician you're looking for in the ClinicAid list? You can now create your own referral providers with our new referral provider management feature!
In the Admin section of your ClinicAid account, you will now find a new tab called "Referral Providers". This new feature will allow you to create, edit, and delete referring provider records that are unique to your account.
Creating a new referral provider is easy; simply click on the "Add referral provider" button, complete the information, and save the record. You should now see the referral provider you've just created displayed.
The providers that you add to your account will be distinguishable in a couple of ways.

The providers that you add to your account will be distinguishable in a couple of ways.
- They will automatically show at the top of the referral provider search results when typing their name.
- They will have an asterisk (*) beside their name to identify them as added by the user.
You can also simply type in a referral provider's practitioner number in order to use them without adding a record into the system. For a video tutorial of the referral provider management feature, please click on the video above.
